🌟 Statesboro & Brooklet Community – We Need Your Help! 🌟
Hi friends! I'm Heather with B&B Care, Inc. and I work in a program called Supported Employment. Our mission is simple: to connect motivated career seekers with local businesses that need great employees.
👉 This isn’t charity or pity—it’s about matching skills, talents, and interests with real workforce needs. We want to learn about your business:
Why did you start it?
What help do you need?
What kind of employees make the biggest difference for you?
We believe the right match benefits everyone. Career seekers find meaningful work while businesses gain dedicated team members who are eager to do a great job. If it’s not a fit, it’s not a fit! We’re about long-term solutions, not just filling a spot.
This post highlights Victoria and Joseph, both recent high school graduates from Statesboro. They’re excited to start their careers right here in their hometown and have so much to offer. 🌟
Before you think, “I’m not sure they could do that…” stop yourself. Instead, ask:
✅ What does my business truly need?
✅ What tasks make a difference in my workplace?
✅ Who could come in motivated and ready to help?
If you’re hiring or just want to connect and share about your business please reach out! Let’s build stronger businesses and brighter futures together.
💼✨ Statesboro & Brooklet—we’d love to hear from you! Email us at SE@BandBCare.com or call us as 912-754-0817 and ask for Supported Employment! ... See MoreSee Less

🌟 Career Success Spotlight! 🌟
Please help us celebrate Jamal, who just started his brand-new job at Auto Shine — the best car wash in the Statesboro area! 🚗💦
From the very beginning, Jamal knew exactly what he wanted to do. He set his sights on working at a car wash, and now he’s making it happen — with hard work, determination, and a clear vision for his future.
This isn’t just any job. Working at a car wash takes focus, attention to detail, stamina, and excellent customer service skills. It’s fast-paced and physically demanding — and not everyone is cut out for it. But Jamal is ready to shine (literally and figuratively)! ✨
We’re so proud of Jamal and excited to see him grow in this role. We know Auto Shine is lucky to have him — and he’s going to be one of their best employees yet!
Way to go, Jamal! 💪👏

🎉 One year of purpose. One year of pride. One year of Cole.
Today, Effingham County celebrated Cole’s first workiversary — and it wasn’t just about cake or recognition. It was about what’s possible when we open doors and see potential.
Cole is a valued employee who shows up, contributes, and makes a difference. His work matters — and so does the message it sends:
✅ People with disabilities want to work.
✅ They can work.
✅ And when given the chance, they thrive.
Cole’s success is a reminder that supported employment isn’t charity — it’s good business. It’s community-building. It’s dignity in action.
Thank you, Effingham County for being a model employer — not just in what you do, but in how you do it. You see ability. You invest in people. And because of that, your workplace is better for it.
Here’s to Cole — and to every employer who’s bold enough to believe in inclusion. ... See MoreSee Less

🎉 80 Years of Progress and Possibility! 🎉
2025 marks the 80th anniversary of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) — a milestone moment to recognize the incredible value, talent, and contributions that people with disabilities bring to our workplaces and communities. 💼💙
🕰️ NDEAM began in 1945 and was officially designated by Congress in 1988. Since then, it has evolved to highlight the importance of including individuals with all types of disabilities, including mental health conditions, in the workforce. In celebration of America’s upcoming 250th birthday in 2026, this year’s NDEAM theme is:
🌟 "Celebrating Value and Talent" 🌟
At B&B Care, Inc., we’re proud to stand behind this mission every day through our Supported Employment services. We support individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful work, building confidence, and thriving in their communities. We believe employment is more than just a paycheck—it’s purpose, pride, and potential.
✅ We witness firsthand how capable, motivated, and skilled our career seekers are when given the opportunity to shine.
✅ We partner with businesses that recognize the strength of an inclusive workforce.
✅ We are committed to expanding access, breaking down barriers, and celebrating success.
✨ Join us this October (and every month!) in honoring the achievements of workers with disabilities and advocating for a future where everyone belongs in the workplace.
